so how does it feel to sleep at a normal time my body is at a different time zone i swearGrovers white in the books
actually, i’m pretty sure his skin color was never explicitly mentioned :) he was only described as having brown, curly hair, some acne, and the start of a wispy beard on his chin. i know he’s white in the official art, but he’s also made to be ginger, which he isn’t, so i’m not going with that, and i also know that the riordan wikia page says he has caucasian skin, but i wouldn’t trust it 100% unless i see an exact quote from the books saying so.
also, according to my survey, pretty much the only thing that the fans would change about pjo (excluding hoo) is that they would like to see more poc representation so i thought i’d make at least one of the three main characters black. diversity is very important to me but, as a huge fan of the books for five years now, being faithful to the original is also a priority, and i’ve given this so much thought. i’m technically going against the books, as far as i’m concerned and it doesn’t even change the plot, so does it even matter if grover is white or black?
